When

You need to sign up before the start of the season to join a team. The deadline will be posted on the homepage and Facebook page.

The Spring season usually runs from March to June. And the Fall season from August to November. The exact schedules will be posted on this site as soon as they are available.

The season starts with a new player’s game where newcomers can demonstrate their skills to the captains and all players can knock off some rust. This is immediately followed by the draft where the captains (two per team) draft completely new teams (12-14 per team) from a pool of new and returning players.

Where

We play most of our games at a field near the Gwacheon Government Complex, Line 4, exit 8. This is also where the new player’s game will be held. The field is open to anyone, so bring your friends, family, dog and drone whenever you want.

On occasion we also pay at the Yongsan Army Base, Ichon station, Line 4, exit 2. Players and visitors need to be registered in advance by the team captains. This is also where we usually play the playoff games.

Depending on availability and budget we might play at some other fields as well. Those fields will also be in or near Seoul.

How

To join you simply send an inquiry to the league Insta (seoulbaseballleague2025) with the following info:

  • Name,
  • Your skill sheet (only if you’re a new player),
  • Full or part time availability,
  • Playoff availability,
  • Anything special you want to add for the captains to help us draft teams.

And send your league fees to the commissioner mentioned on the post for Season registration.

The purchase of a jersey (approx. 45,000 KRW) and a cap (approx. 15,000 KRW) is optional. They can be purchased through your captains immediately after the draft.

You need to bring your own baseball glove. Baseball pants, cleats and an athletic cup are not required, but recommended.
