The Rookie practice is going to happen this Saturday, followed by the draft at 7:30 pm at Shenanigans. Please bring a glove.

We need to get a count of the rookies that can make it. We hope everyone will be there, but obviously we know some can’t. It really helps the draft to see how players do some drills and BP, but with this weather, it will be just batting cages and throwing.

The SBL will pay for the cages. Returning players are welcome to join, but you gotta pay for your own rips.

Schedule for this Saturday:

  • 3 pm: Rookie practice at Box B (max. 1 hour)
  • 5 pm: Captains meeting/draft order
  • 7pm: Draft party starts at Shenanigans (free burgers and drinks til its gone)
  • 730 pm: draft starts
